Introduction
Launched in 1985, Counsel is the journal of the Bar of England and Wales. As the Bar’s own magazine, it is largely written by and for barristers. A distinguished editorial board, mainly drawn from the ranks of practising barristers, works closely with the editorial team to produce Counsel, an exciting full colour, monthly magazine.
